ter returning to the states at 15 I continued on my journey in Wing Chun Kong Fu,kickboxing,,Jujitsu,karate,Taiji Qigong ,Taijiquan,Baguazhang,Xingyiquan and Yoga.In my twenties I studied and excelled in Tui Na and Qigong massages.After being acknowledged by my teachers(who encouraged me to teach)I began teaching to old and young.I have now been teaching for over twenty years.I am currently teaching in senior centers, as well as increasing my private training business.I look forward to hearing from you, as you begin a journey with me towards better internal and external health.
